Culture..(and holiday sooonnn)

I know time flies.. but for once, it didn’t fly fast enough.
Been wanting to have a break. (of course it will not be a total break – Working in 2 places creates this total break constrain). Hopefully, this break starts next week, fingers crossed.
Neways, I have been marking, preparing final results, and what happens.. many got below C.. There are several possibilities: students are lazy, students are ignorant, or students are playing dumb.
Funny, most students where I am teaching, are actually having similar behaviors and attitudes. Is it the current culture of the students every where now?
Of all three possibilities, it could also relate to other possibilities: school’s effort to help, school’s system, and school’s resources. (which i will write about next time..)
Talking about resources.. human resource wise.. I witness a quite contradicting working behavior of my current workplace and my previous (and still current) workplace.
Here, people come early and go home on time. By early means, at 7 am (actually starts at 7.15) teachers are all hear. And people go home on time.. By on time means, they go home at 3.15. They make queues on the fingerprint attendance machine at 3.05.
At the other place, people arrive on time or 5-15 minutes later. And people stay a bit later in the office.
If this can be observe (officially), it will actually good for those students wanting to learn organisation behavior and/or culture.
Since basically, both offices are education centre.
