It is so happened that I am teaching 3 subjects of managements. People would initially think ‘hey.. thats easy. You only have to prepare one time’. While that statement may hold some truth, it actually has a twist of fate. (I wonder if I use the correct term, but anyway..)
After teaching for 2 weeks, I realized that I could accidentally teach the wrong topics in the wrong class. Or may have repeated the same topics twice in the same class by mistake .
E.g: Every management class talks about scientific management as part of the theory. But in my classes, that topic is discuss in different weeks. In basic mgt, it could be in the third week. In more advance management, it is discussed in the first week. Inevitably, I could repeatedly discuss the same topic. Geez…
ck … what a good lecturer ! haha thats ok rich, as long as you deliver everything in the end …and as long as your students don’t end up unemployed
err.. unemployment (or making sure they are employed) is not part of the syllabus..
Oh come on!! You ARE allowed to switch them around so they end up on the same weeks aren’t you? I mean if you wanted to do that. Or is your college and HOD so strict that they do not allow it?? hiihihihihiiii…..
